I bought a denim shoulder bag in May...when it did not arrive I was promised replacement it also has never arrived ...now too late to claim ...too late to give very poor feedback and no answer to message.... how many other have had the same dealings with ??????? <Removed> should they be removed from Ebay? and how is that done

It is definitely not too late to open a dispute in paypal....you have 180 days for that.
And there is no way that a seller will be removed from ebay because of one lost parcel.
