I did not order this Office Desk from Office Plan, I asked how much for shipping they came back to me and said how much for shipping, and the size of the desk, it is too big and shipping too expensive, so I did not order one. a-daniels-02

If you have received an invoice then you have bought the desk....the seller cannot send an invoice unless the item has been bought.

All you can do now is contac the seller and ask him to cancel the transaction although he is not obliged to do so.  He may open an unpaid item dispute and if you still don't pay you will get a strike on your account.
