Reimbursing return Postage

A buyer has returned an item and has asked for a full refund plus the cost of return postage. How do I process the cost of return postage when the eBay/PayPal process only reimburses the original item cost plus original postage? I need to add the cost of return postage somehow.

I would refund through the normal process and then do a seperate "send funds" in PayPal for the return.
