I have a customer who claims his site was--- hacked ---and wants his money back,the goods have been paid for and sent 2 weeks ago
can you please advise what is the proceedure from now ,

This has nothing to do with you, the buyer must contact eBay for a claim as it is between eBay and the buyer.
Even if you were kind enough to volunteer your assistance, you would need the item/s returned before you could consider a refund.
(BTW, not eBay staff here, only volunteer members)
