how do you change postal charges from those advertised

Seller has agreed different postal method with lower charge to that advertised but Paypal won't allow me to change the invoiced amount?

Unless the seller has set the invoice to allow the buyer to alter it, only the seller can adjust the postage amount.

Ask them to send you a new invoice with the altered postage on it.
