we have sold my Nissan patrol 162413143166 to buyer boyser1988-3 onver a month ago, we have opend a unpaid account with Ebay , after many messages to the buyer and Bpay we still havent heard for either on what to do next .

Ask eBay to step in and help. This is usually an option in the Resolution Centre when you have an unpaid item case. If this option is unavailable you should call eBay Customer Service.
