How do I buy/pay in Australia, but have merchant ship to Austria

Go to your account tab and select the addresses option. Add the Austrian address to your list of delivery addresses and make it primary. Find the item you want and if the seller sends to Austria you will either see the correct postage or if it is not quoted you can send them a question asking what the potage will be. Once you have made your purchase make sure the Austrian address is showing on the payment page then just pay using Paypal as you usually would.  Once you have finished doing the payment go back into your list of delivery addresses and select your original address as the primary.

Even though you have done that make sure next time you buy that if you want the item sent to your Australian address that is the one showing in checkout, if it isn't use the change address link to open a list of your stored delivery addresses and select the one you want.
