On 1st feb my visa card was debited $45.00 under paypal webpoint cla 4029357733 this charge is a mystery to me can you please explain thgis charge??

my card linked to paypal has sufficient funds so am little concerned by the charge.

Just noticed my Cr card has this for amount of $150 - not shown on payPal statement. have contacted PayPal - awaiting reply - bank couldn't clarify
