hi i clicked "commit to pay" 3 times on the same item. no payment has been made yet but how am i going to reverse this. thank you for you help

Why on earth would you click on an item 3 times if you only want one?
You as the buyer cannot cancel a sale.....you will have to contact the seller and ask them to cancel. But be aware that they do not have to do so.
They may open a non paying bidder dispute and if you still don't pay you will receive a strike on your account which may cause you problems with buying from sellers who have their bidder blocks in place.
