You cannot have the same card connected to 2 different paypal accounts?
Why are your cards connected to your mother's paypal account and why are they limited?
If they are limited because you have not verified them then the only way round that is to verify them but that may be a problem if the account is in one name and the cards in another name.
The whole thing sounds rather suspicious....why have you not got your own paypal account?
