I have committed to purchase an item for $5 and the postage is invoiced as $20. I have requested the seller to send me an new invoice with the correct postage of $2. We are corresponding happily but he keeps receiving an error message when attempting to send a new invoice. Any thoughts on what should be our next step?

Tell him to go into the invoice, change the postage amount to the agreed sum $2.00 and tell him NOT to click on 'recalculate' - send you the revised invoice and all should be good.
Recalculate reverts the invoice to the orignal setting.
