After buying two items from the same seller and not being able to pay with paypal, for whatever reason, i e-mailed the seller, got her bank details, went to town, deposited owing money in her account. Same day she opened a unpaid case against me, now the case has been closed, i am no longer able to recive the items,or my money, she will not e-mail me and theres a mark against my name. What do i do now, help ????????

Unpaid Item cases can be automated. If the seller has it automated it would have been opened because the money had not been paid by paypal.
Are you sure the seller did not close the case when she received the bank deposit?
How long ago did all this happen? How long since you tried to contact the seller? How do you know you are not going to receive the item?
If there really is a strike against your name you could appeal it....if you can prove the bank deposit ebay may remove it, specially if it is the first one you have received.
