I had a case closed in favour of the buyer as he claimed he did not receive the parcel.

I have had a case against me regarding not receving the parcel sent to Nigaragua. Ebay decided in favour of the buyer and refunded him some money. The buyer now advised me he has received the parcel and all items are present and in good order. How can I get the refund stopped from my paypal account. Please advise how you are going to resolve this situation. Kind regards, Frits

We are not going to resolve it as we are members like your self here.

All you can do is tell the buyer to contact paypal and hope he does the right thing by doing so or repays the amount owing.

You can contact paypal as well and see if they will do anything to help by contacting the buyer.
