I had a case closed in favour of the buyer as he claimed he did not receive the parcel.

I have had a case against me regarding not receving the parcel sent to Nigaragua. Ebay decided in favour of the buyer and refunded him some money. The buyer now advised me he has received the parcel and all items are present and in good order. How can I get the refund stopped from my paypal account. Please advise how you are going to resolve this situation. Kind regards, Frits

We can't resolve your problem, we are just ordinary members like yourself. First off I would ask the buyer to remake the payment and then I would call ebay and ask that any defect, neg feedback or low DSRs are removed.
