If paypal decide in the favour of the seller,who has been very deceitful throughout, what information is required for the credit card company?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I have done several chargebacks over the years.
If the item was not received it is quite straight forward. I just ring my bank and give them the transaction number and date of the entry on my account and sit back and wait for the refund to appear.
Item Not As Described is a bit more complicated.....you need to return the item by trackable means and have proof od the item being received by the seller.....SOD would probably what is needed now (it is a while since I have done a SNAD chargeback and postage has changed.)
