The seller ask me to send the payment through bank transfer or direct to her account because she said she had problem with her paypal account..and eventhough the listing is not yet ended..I'm just worried that if I will pay through her account will I get the item for sure? Pls help me need advice ASAP!

You are right to be concerned. It is commonly used as an excuse for a scam.
Only pay by PayPal otherwise you don't have protection.
Advise the seller you only pay by PayPal and will wait for them to contact PayPal to have their account sorted then you will make payment.
