returned an item seller has received it been 4 days since they said they would refund it

hi , i have returned an item , seller has said they have received the item and well shortly to the refund butt its been 4 days and i have asked when well you be doing the refund and no response can i do anything.

You can open INAD in paypal and they will give you an address to return to the sender, so long as the address is the same as the one you have used already to return the item and you have proof of sending you should receive the refund ASAP once paypal is involved.

First though, check your paypal account, refunds will not go back to your bank directly, and if the payment was funded by a credit card it will show as a credit on that cards account.

I would pull the seller details via eBay and phone them if they are in Aus and advise what you intend doing if you can not find the refund appearing in your accounts.
