Hi, I live in Venezuela but have a US Credit Card.
May I use it to buy stuff in AU and sent them to my GrandChildreen in Melbourne?

You can use Mastercard or Visa for sure but I am not sure about some of the credit cards issued by private banks or financial establishments.
That is a question you need to ask paypal I think.
You can buy on ebay and have the items delivered to Melbourne...you do need to check with the seller that they ship to Australia. If the seller is already in Australia you should check with them first before bidding. Some sellers have overseas buyers blocked as they only post to Australia and they will not know that you want the items shipped within Australia.
