can't buy anything today. upon committing to buy, a message pops up saying my ebay and paypal accounts are not linked (which is a seller requirement). options are either to create a paypal acc or link the existing one. once i click on 'already have a paypal acc' i'm directed to the create new acc page. tried different browsers to no avail.
