eBay international AG charged me $26.33 for no reason... what is this?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out where this eBay international AG came from.

It appeared on my paypal account on August 15th and it took the money from my bank account right away.

I dont know what this is from, I didnt sell anything so it could not have been any eBay fees, I have no clue

where this came from. I opened a claim and tried to dispute this because I had no clue what it was. I opened the claim

to find out more about this but paypal didnt tell me anything more than "We have completed our investigation of your claim and have determined that
this is not an instance of unauthorized account activity. At this time,
your claim has been denied. If you would still like to report this account
activity, please contact eBay directly."

So here I am trying to find out why i was chaged $26.33 to my paypal account and credit card.

Is this part of the sellers agreement I signed a few months ago to sell one stupid item?

If it is part of the agreement, will I be charged again? I cancelled something too and when i click "billing agreement details"

on paypal it says "staus: cancelled on august 15" - i cancelled it as soon as the transaction appeared.
