Blocked Buyer but received an order!

Hi Everyone

I placed a buyer on my blocked buyers list and they have been able to purchase. I have emailed ebay to request an explanation. Does anyone have any insight into this?  Thanks in advance.

There was another thread on this in the last week or so but I can't find it.

Check the spelling of the ID in your BBL and that it has a comma between ID's.
