Learnt something new today I lost a DRS point for notifying a buyer I found a flaw on an item before posting

and offered to refund payment not send it and cancel the transaction if that's what they wanted.

When are the good honest sellers going to cut a break?

See this is where it's crazy (pardon the pun).

You've provided service.

You've given the buyer the choice of continuing with the knowledge that they will receive a flawed item, or cancelling. They chose cancelling.

In future if this happens I would agree to cancel but say the buyer is asking to cancel as that's what they chose to do (assuming they chose that).

lol, I got a strike for a warranty repair....:)..MBG is bad news to sellers.

And currently am being charged fees for a customer accidental purchase

that I then after being emailed did a cancel transaction on and am

waiting for buyer to respond. Cant do anything but watch the fee get charged

if the buyer doesnt respond.

Mental note, dont agree to cancel but list as unpaid first then do

the cancel.
