revising an item costing

hi there

recently i have noticed that when i revise an item to change the quantity on hand the ebay system has been charging me a 50 cent fee which used to be free.a closer inspection of the fees charged reveals they are charging me an insertion fee.has anyone had similar experience or any answers on how to get around this.regards

Yes, I had this several months ago. I thought it might have something to do with the $ amount you're allowed to list per month or the number of items allowed. I still don't know why it happened, but when I fiddled around with the quantity and managed to get it back to free again by lowering the quantity.
