Item No 282003065032 generator 20/04/2016.I got paid for it($261.00) and after waiting 5 weeks for them to pick it up I suggested I give them a refund..which I did on the 1/ 06 / 2016.
Ever since then I have sent letters I have tried without success to contact Ebay.
Ebay asked me to fill out a questionnaire about everything and I sent my complaint via that survey when I was asked "why are you not happy at the moment
Have not heard anything and none of your"sites" seem to have my problem. When I mention the item No they tell me "sorry..this item is sold..We can't help you............Can you help please?
