I just bought a Black Eagle Lawn Mower- It has a one year guarante but no information about the manufacturer.

Can you advise as to who makes this mower?

I too have had a problem with the Black Eagle BE410M.

First of all the front axle has been installed incorectly creating a problem when lowering and lifting. Secondly, the carbi blocks up too.

Thirdly, when carbi is NOT blocked, the mower takes off like a rocket, pulling our arms out of the socket.

I have contacted the seller, and they do not want to know anything about it, they will not replace it either.

As for where they are made, it is in China. Who make them ????? who knows!

All in all the Black Eagle mowers are rubbish, and will not cope with Australian grasses, they are a total waste of money.

Paying $300 for a mower that does not work as required, and having the seller refuse to replace the mower, some of us will be left with a usless piece of equipment, Forcing us to purchase another mower to replace the Black Eagle rubbish....

Good luck finding the manufacturer.
