All I can tell it's made in China with an instruction manual that is written by someone who can't speak English.
The mower is rubbish and only lasted 9 months before it smoked like crazy and leaked fuel everywhere. Bought it from a POSTAL ADD from guys in Smithfield.
Total rubbish lawnmower. I learnt the hard way and you pay for what you get.
