How can I stop a member linking into my account and taking my customers

Hi I am a senior not very computer savvy,I am sure someone has linked into my store page I cannot always get on without typing password twice,

I have messages off customers wanting advice I help all I can,only never to hear again ,or items taken from my page to purchase never to be paid for ,my wholesaler I am sure has a page on ebay started recently with the same items,she tells me she watches all I do 

Even offered for posting direct to my customers all of which I have declined ,what do I do I need this lady,she also has someone working with her very computer wise 

Am I getting paranoid do people really go to these lengths ,

Since this conjoined eBay in May my sales have halved but not messages ,

How do I find this link I know these ladies are capable of doing ,

Unless they have your password they cannot access your ebay account. They can only see the items up for sale.

But if they are sending items direct to your customer, they could be convincing your customers to buy direct from them.

As for typing password twice, that is to do with your computer. Try clearing cookies and temp internet files then restart your computer.

Also change to using chrome as your browser if you are using Internet Explorer.
