Hi, I placed an ad and a buyer marked it sold but did not go through with the sale. How do I change it? Also if I have sold an item how do I mark it as sold? I don't know where to navigate to to do that.

Not sure what you mean buyer marked it sold. If buyer hit the buy now button or won auction it will automatically show as sold. Once sold you cant change it. Has the buyer asked you to cancel the sale? If so, cancellation can only be done by the you the seller. Drop down menu on the rh side of the item in your sold list. Follow the prompts. You do not have to cancel and can just wait out the 4 days and open an item not paid dispute wait required time and get selling fees back. If you are happy to cancel send request to buyer which they must agree to for fees to be returned. Do not relist the item until this transaction has been closed.
