Hi I'm a seller Just wondering why Ebay has charged a final fee of $0.40 for shipping cost- which would have been the final fee for Registered Shipping option, although the item was sent with FREE SHIPPING?? Buyer paid only for the item which included Free Shipping.
Looks like contact Help Centre via e-mail is not possible for invoices issues and I would have to call... really, for 40cents I have to pay for a phone call? What are the alternatives?
