I'm trying to update my tracking ID and postage status for items in bulk, following all the outdated posts and guides which are available on the internet, none of helped me so far.
When i download "listings and records"and choose sold from the dropdown.
Download format is File Exchange and i choose Revise payment status from the dropdown.
I have tried All records, ive tried specific periods. and when i get the CSV file, the OrderID's are mostly blank, sometimes there is a value there.
I really hope OrderID refers to Sales record, because that is the ONLY different value which changes from sale to sale...as if we have multiple quantities the itemID is the same, and TransactionID seems to be a hidden value which us as the sellers don't have access to in selling manager pro.
I get a spreadsheet daily with my Sales Record, and the Tracking ID and Courier used, i just want to upload this to ebay and it to automatically mark the items as posted and enter the tracking ID. Can any powersellers assist this with query?
