How to use VBA for Excel to improve processing time

I'm currently writting a suite of VBA code to run on the downloadable sales report.

 

So far I have built:

1. Process sales report to generate a mail merge document for printing onto address labels (purchased from office works, available nationally).

 

Future build:

2. Email a thank you note to purchasers using your own email address.

3. Follow up on buyers that are yet to provide feedback.

4. Automate the downloading of the day's "paid and not sent" report (currently it's manual).

 

It will be able to complete all the above tasks in under a minute, up to 1000 sales per day. Then all you need to do is print the labels, package your goods and visit the post office.

 

Looking for more ideas of how I can improve the suite. Happy to share code and instructions on how to use once completed.
