I have sent a parcel using ebay's postage printing service and the buyer is now claiming the parcel has not been received !! However the tracking is showing as delivered to their suburb.
The item was only $50 so I didn't add signature on delivery. The buyer is threatening to open a dispute through Paypal... So my question is this... Am I adequately covered against an item not received claim should the buyer carry out their threat ??
