I sold item and told seller to take their time paying as I was in no hurry for their payment unaware that Ebay automatically opens an Unpaid item case against my buyers if not paid after 4 days. I have apoloised to my buyer for this happening to them and am trying to reverse this in my Resolution Centre but seems I can only cancel this transaction and receive final credit fee.
I just want the buyer to have this Ebay Rule reversed?
I have now changed seller unpaid notifications in my preferences for me to Manual decide but how do I reverse this one currently open without cancelling my sale?
