After a transaction is finished I find that some buyers don't leave any feedback. It means I don't know if the item got to the buyer in good condition and they are happy with it. A seller can't insist that a buyer leave feedback but it's the only way that a seller (or buyer) can get a good reputation on eBay. I will send a polite reminder after about a week after the sale - is there anything else I can do?
