Hi, It seem I have signed a Supplementary User Aggreement while trying to post some new items for sale on my eBay site today.
Im not wanting to sell internationally yet as Im still learning how to sell locally. $42.27 has been deducted from my paypal account. How am I going to get that back and unsubscribe.
