I sold an item that the buyer did not pay for.
I went to lleave feedback, and the only option was to leave Positive.
I went through the resolution centre, filed for and got my final value fees back.
I closed the case and went to leave Negative feedback.
Now the transaction is no longer listed in the section for leaving feedback.
On the My eBay summary page, the item is there and says there is an item waiting for feedback to ne left, but when I click on Leave Feedback, the page it brings me to has no options or items to leave feedback for.
The system seems to know I need to leave feedback, but it's just not there when I try to do so.
Any ideas?
