I need to speak to live chat with customer support as I am having difficulty with the phone service

I have  listings restrictions on my account.      I have tried to ring and discuss but I am not able to key in the required information on the phone.    I have checked Seller Dashboard and cannot work out what I need to do.     I would like to increase my listting limits to increase my sales.
