Final evaluation of shipping fees?

Are Ebay dipping into postage prices and taking a cut?

Looks like the final evaluation fee is not only on the item sold but also on postage.

I was forced to raise the postage price to what it will actually cost as Ebay took over $1.50 from postage and I was already out of pocket on it.

If people over charge on postage to make more for themselves, I say great take a cut from that it may deter people from taking advantage. However if you are only charging what the postoffice charge or less, why are they dipping into that?  This money doesn't go in our pockets it's used for postage...

It's because of the greedy, sneaky minority (particularly in China) that set low priced items with extremely high shipping.
ie. Dress $0.99 - Shipping $150.00
