Hi there,
Do I have to sell my item if it sold for less than the Buy It Now price I set at the beginning? Also, am I able to view my Buy It Now price anywhere?

Once a bid id placed the BIN disappears and the listing is then at auction and yes you must sell to the winning bidder.
A BIN is not a reserve, your reserve is the amount you have your auction to start at.
NEVER put a price any less than you would be happy to sell for if the item only gets the one bid.
If you refuse to complete the sale you risk neg feedback and risk being evicted from ebay as a non performing seller if you do this too much and complaints are put in.
