Appeal denied. Should I try one more time ?

We´sold a baby crib from Germany to Australia.

The buyer has opened a case "as not received item". The ebay has returned the payment to the buyer.

 

Now, the package is delivered and the customer keeps the product and the money.

 

The problem is, that  the online tracking doesn´t work, the package is shown as not delivered still.

However, in the ebay e-mails the buyer confirms, that he has received the product and will keep it as well as money for it.

I have confirmation-email  from our local german post, that the item is delivered in Australia.

 

I´ve appeled to ebay, but they´ve just looked at the online tracking not reading the emails between us, have denied my appeal.

What should I do ?

 

Please advice me what should I do, or just forget about it ...

I think you should be asking on the German site as policies differ from country to country.

 

If it was me I would be calling ebay asking to speak to a manager and get them to look at the messages.
