We want to send customers a SMS with updates as to where their order is up too. I don't really want to have to asked them all manually. Is there a way to collect the mobile number up front?
As a buyer I would tell a seller where to go if they asked for my mobile number.
My landline is listed with ebay and that is the only number they and any seller is going to get.
If you must contact a buyer do it through ebay messages.
