Can a company sell an item, under a variety of different names ?

And can that same company using thos different names say their are based in Australia, when they're not ?

Then do the screen capture when they get a NEG score ?

Short answer......yes sellers can have a number of stores/selling IDs.

I looked at the feedback you left.....it was a bit of a waste of an opportunity as you gave no reason for not buying from him again.

The seller is also registered in Malaysia and by far th majority of his item are listed as being outside AU or in China or Malaysia.

Only the occasional item was listed a being in Darwin which probably mean it is being sent from China.

There is no reason that the seller can not ask for a revision of the feedback left....nothing wrong with that.
