Hi ,
I have an unpaid casen open on Chanel handbag and want to close case as buyer is overseas and will pay when she returns 12 September. Can you help mke please?

Once an unpaid case is closed, one cannot be re-opened.
A case remains open for 32 days so if buyer returns within that period I suggest you say that you won't action the case until their return and payment.
If it looks like it becomes outside of the 32 days, you only have one choice to ensure your fees are returned and that is to close the case as unpaid with buyer having to re-buy on their return.
