How do I show how many items I've already sold on my single listing that is currently selling?

I've previously searched eBay for items and have found that some listings show how many of that item has sold aready. 

Is there anyway of doing this on my own listings?

Your listing is not set up to show the amount sold.

You are selling them one set at a time and relisting when they sell.

For the number sold to show you need to set it up as a multiple listing with the number you have for sale.  As they sell the number will decrease and the number sold will increase.
