I wish to send an invoice which was previously pick up but now buyer wants posted, I want to add pos

I had for sale an item which was pick up only, the buyer would like me to send by  post, it seems I cannott alter the invoice to add the postage, is there a way I can do this?

Just add the postage amount, preview to see that it is correct and send it.   Do not hit Recalculate as that puts it back to the original invoice.
