Is there any conditions to sell cosmetics and hair products here in Australia by gov.

Hello,

I tried a new  hair product overseas that I liked very much and I would like to start selling the product here in Australia.

My question is do I need to register in any government organization ? 

I would sell this product just for extra income as I am students not like real business

You will need to check import regulations with customs citing the ingredients.

Also you need to check the labelling requirements meet with Australian standards.

Even though you mention selling as a student and not a business, all income must be declared for taxation purposes.

Best to start small and try before importing a large quantity.
