Is there any rule on the use of the word 'Antique' in a listing.An item I bought was advertised and 'antique' but is in fact a repica and probably only made in the past 10yrs

The eBay site is on a trust basis where members should list in the correct categories and items being as described.

eBay cannot vet millions of listings and rely on reporting from members.

Contact the seller first and see what they are prepared to offer as a solution.
