Misuse of eBay Money Back Guarantee

Hi

I have this terrible case filed by a buyer under eBay Money Back Guarantee. She didn't want a dress she ordered and intentionally ripped the Brand New dress and filed a damaged case. Ebay made a decision in favour of buyer which means as a seller I have to pay both way postages and refund the money.

I am shocked that this buyer would do such nasty things to send item back. I am also terribly sad that a beautiful brand new Tory Burch dress was ripped.

I can't attached a photo due to large size and it shows error when I tried to attach.The dress was terribly ripped on the side.

Could anyone please give me some advice? How can I appeal to ebay on this case?

In the photos you took of the dress for the listing, does it show where the tear now is?

If yes then call ebay and tell them to look at the photos as there was not tear when you took the photos and posted it  and you want your money back as the buyer has torn it.
