No UPC box showing when listing - all new items being rejected.Can you help me please?

My new items are all being rejected. It keeps saying something about put the UPC code in but there is no box to do so. I tried with
Firefox, Google Chrome, In Explorer. It also says something about if your using a mobile phone .......I dont. Can something help me
please?

try using the advance tool. sometimes quick listing tool or the mobile listing tool doesn't have the option for UPC. I think there's a glitch with eBay. just click switch to advance tool in the right hand corner in the sell page.
