Seller cancelled item a few hours after i had won it saying that I had not Paid, and no contact

Could you please help me with this, what gives the seller the right to cancel a listing only hours after winning, what to I do

Although it's not the right thing to do the seller cannot be forced to sell their item to you, or anyone else.

Possibly they didn't get the price they wanted or they sold the item elsewhere.

Put it down to experience and look for another seller who has what you were looking for.
